UK Accountant Required for Two Small Limited Companies

I am looking for a qualified UK accountant to assist with the accounting and statutory requirements of two small UK Limited Companies. Both companies have relatively straightforward accounting requirements, a very limited number of transactions and well-organised financial records. I undertake the bookkeeping myself using Kashflow and can provide all relevant financial information, including bank statements, invoices, expenses and accounting records. Company 1: Final Accounts and Company Closure: The first company is a small structural engineering consultancy which is expected to cease trading on **31 October 2026**. We require a fixed fee quotation for the following services: 1. Preparation of the final statutory company accounts covering approximately seven months of trading, from 1 April 2026 to 31 October 2026, including submission to Companies House and the relevant Corporation Tax return to HMRC. 2.
