A B+G+27-storey residential tower in the Mumbai /MMR region is ready for detailed structural design. The job covers the complete ETABS model, companion SAFE foundation model, and every deflection-, drift- and stability-check needed to obtain a fully optimised, code-compliant solution. Scope of work I already have the architectural GFC drawings; you will translate them into a refined 3-D analysis model, size and detail every member, and iterate until material usage is minimised without compromising performance. All work must strictly follow the relevant Indian Standards (IS) for high-rise concrete structures, including wind and seismic provisions appropriate to the city.
