I need a small automation built that sweeps through the files I work with each week, finds every date field, and forces it into the DD-MM-YYYY pattern. The main pain points are spreadsheets and text-based reports; right now team members enter dates in whatever style they like, which breaks formulas, look-ups, and scheduled mail-merges.
