I need a friendly, articulate helper who can handle day-to-day conversations with my clients and keep me in the loop. No deep technical background is necessary; what matters is your ability to speak clearly, listen attentively, and relay information accurately. Your core focus will be client interaction. You’ll answer basic questions, schedule quick follow-ups, and summarize each conversation so I can act on it without digging through long threads. If a client’s request drifts into areas you’re unsure about, simply note it and pass it along—there’s no expectation that you solve technical issues yourself.
