I run a growing online store and need a reliable hand who can do two things in parallel: keep fresh, sales-driven campaigns running on both Meta (Facebook + Instagram) and Google, and act as my virtual assistant for daily store management. Your first priority is performance marketing. I want ads built to convert—creative, copy, targeting, bidding, placement and ongoing optimisation all handled inside Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
