My current pipeline includes several single-family remodels, additions and a ground-up home that all require complete permit documentation for Contra Costa and Alameda County. I handle the design direction in-house; what I need is a locally based professional who can translate that direction into coordinated, permit-ready AutoCAD drawings and supporting calculations. Entry Level may apply if proficient in ACAD or similar, and proficient knowledge of residential framing. Civil Engineering/Architectural degree required. Position is on an as-needed basis.
