I’m organising a series of live, webcam-on mock interviews and need a confident facilitator to step in as the interviewer. You will work from my prepared questionnaire and keep the conversation flowing exactly as a real hiring manager would, focusing on behavioural and situation-based questions for candidates aiming at entry-level positions. Here’s what the work looks like in practice: • Run four 15-minute interviews each hour, camera and microphone on throughout. • Follow the question set I provide, probing where necessary to mimic an authentic interview experience. • Capture each candidate’s key responses and notes in the shared Google Sheet before moving to the next call.
