Your task is straightforward: carefully enter each person’s name, phone number, and email address, then copy over any accompanying notes or comments into a separate column. I don’t need anything fancy—just standard rows and columns in a single .xlsx workbook so I can sort and filter later. Accuracy is critical: please double-check spellings, phone formats, and email syntax as you go.
