I have a series of cockpit-to-tower recordings that will be used in my pilot-training curriculum, and I need them turned into clear, accurate text files. Because these clips will teach students proper phraseology, every call sign, clearance, and read-back has to be captured just as controllers and crews said it—yet presented in a concise, easy-to-read narrative rather than a full verbatim log. No timestamps are required. This is best suited to someone who has actually worn a headset: former or current controllers, flight instructors, or crew members who instinctively recognize the rhythm of “Cleared for the ILS two-seven” and won’t confuse it with chatter on another frequency.
