I need an experienced recruiter who can jump in for the next 3-6 months and run our hiring process end-to-end. Your core mission is to keep a steady pipeline flowing by posting and refreshing ads on leading job boards Indeed, LinkedIn and similar platforms—and by amplifying our reach through targeted social-media campaigns. Once applicants arrive, you will own every early touchpoint: rapid résumé review, concise phone screens, and clear feedback to our hiring managers.
