Validate Scraped Market Research Data

I have a collection of raw web-scraping results that contain market research data and I need someone to turn it into a reliable, analysis-ready dataset. The job is strictly data cleaning and validation: removing duplicates, standardising formats, flagging or filling missing values, and spotting any outliers that may have slipped through the scraper. The scraped files are delivered as CSVs and include a mix of numeric fields (prices, volumes, ratings) and text fields (company names, product descriptions, country codes). You are free to use Excel, Google Sheets, Python/pandas, OpenRefine—or any other tool you are comfortable with—as long as the output meets the quality bar below.
