I need a dependable person who can jump in every day to clear our email and live-chat queue. Most messages are straightforward technical support questions—think password resets, simple troubleshooting, or order look-ups—and I’ll supply ready-made replies and step-by-step guides for anything that goes beyond the basics. Once the inbox is under control, you’ll help keep things tidy behind the scenes: enter customer details in Google Sheets, update a few tracking columns, drop the right files into the right Drive folders, and place follow-up appointments on my Google Calendar.
