I need an experienced media buyer who can take full control of my Facebook presence right away. The immediate priority is to plan, create, and launch high-performing video ads, then keep a close eye on performance so we can scale fast. Here is what I expect: • Craft several short, scroll-stopping video ads, editing raw clips if needed. • Build and structure the campaigns inside Facebook Ads Manager, including audiences, budgets, placements, and tracking. • Optimise daily—testing hooks, thumbnails, copy, and CTAs—so we push winning creatives while cutting wasted spend. • Supply concise weekly reports that highlight key metrics (CPM, CTR, CPA, ROAS) and what we’ll try next.
