I have between six and ten PDFs that contain only textual content. I need every word lifted out of each file and delivered back to me as individual plain-text (.txt) files—one file per PDF. No tables, no images—just the text exactly as it appears, with paragraph breaks retained so the flow matches the source. Accuracy is critical: I will spot-check each output against the original PDFs, so please make sure nothing is missed or rearranged. If a page header or footer repeats, include it only where it occurs; don’t guess or re-format.
