Shrumfuzed is seeking a part-time Social Media Coordinator to manage the brand’s day-to-day presence on Instagram and TikTok. This hands-on role combines content creation, community engagement, and basic content strategy development for a fast-moving functional mushroom brand. Plan, film, edit, and publish short-form videos and photo content, including product features, behind-the-scenes content, trends, and educational posts. Write engaging, on-brand captions and maintain a social media content calendar. Monitor and respond to comments and direct messages while actively engaging with the community and relevant accounts. Track key performance metrics, including engagement, follower growth, and top-performing content. Identify relevant trends, sounds, and content formats. Coordinate occasional in-person content shoots, events, and pop-ups. Provide light influencer and user-generated content outreach support. Requirements Experience managing Instagram and TikTok for a brand, through professional work, freelance projects, or strong personal accounts with demonstrable results. Ability to film and edit short-form video using tools such as CapCut, Premiere Rush, or native social media apps. Strong writing skills and a casual, clear, on-brand communication style.
