Our small nonprofit needs reliable, on-call technical support focused exclusively on Windows machines. Day-to-day we handle most routine tasks ourselves, but when new software has to be installed or an existing program suddenly refuses to cooperate, productivity grinds to a halt. I’m looking for a patient, detail-minded professional who can step in remotely, diagnose issues quickly, walk staff through clean installations, and resolve troubleshooting tickets without disrupting our mission-critical work.
