Your main task each day will be updating our Google Sheets and Excel files with fresh customer information—this data-entry work is my highest priority, so accuracy and consistency matter more than speed. Beyond the spreadsheets, I’ll gradually involve you in light email and live-chat support (we use Gmail and Zendesk), file organisation in Google Drive, appointment scheduling through Calendly, and occasional web research.
