I need a B2B sales professional who already knows the Massachusetts tech scene inside-out and can turn warm employer relationships into signed deals. My priority is closing new business, not simply filling a pipeline, so I’m looking for someone who can own the full cycle: identify the right MA-based decision makers, secure meetings, and bring contracts across the finish line. A big plus is familiarity with the Workforce Training Fund Program (WTFP) or other state workforce grants, as many of my prospects rely on those funds to green-light projects.
