You’ll be the person actively hunting for talent each week, running first-round screens, and then guiding the successful applicants through our onboarding checklist so their first day feels effortless. Your daily hunting grounds will be social media platforms and the leading job boards; those two channels are where I’ve seen the best traction and where I want you to concentrate your energy.
