Indonesian Language Social Media Community Moderator

Social Factor is seeking US- and UK-based Social Media Community Moderators with native-level Indonesian language experience for project-based, temporary, gig, or part-time opportunities. Moderators will help develop and manage digital communities for well-known global brands by engaging with users, answering questions, supporting discussions, and assisting with troubleshooting in real time. Work may be available across flexible schedules, including 24/7 coverage, depending on client needs. The role requires moderators who can communicate in English and Indonesian, understand brand voice, and accurately represent multiple brands across major social media platforms. Requirements Native-level understanding of Indonesian. Deep knowledge of Indonesian pop culture, terminology, cultural references, and slang. Previous social media moderation experience; live-stream moderation experience is an advantage. Ability to understand and apply client brand voice when engaging with users. Experience with Sprinklr, Khoros, or Sprout Social is a plus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to adapt to different brand voices and tones.
