Satirical Jacinda Voice Acting

I’m producing a short political satire on New Zealand’s Covid-19 response and need a female voice actor that sounds like Jacinda Ardern, the former Prime Minister of New Zealand. Altogether it’s only five to eight minutes of dialogue, but the script swings from calm press-conference tones into full-blown anger or screaming. This project is heavily inspired by the FNAF horror analogue series which I recommend watching to help understand the tone of many lines. I will refer to it many times. You may capture Jacinda in either natural performance or record clean takes and run them through any preferred AI/cloning tool afterward.
