Most of them are straightforward: people ask basic questions about our products, current deals, or how to place an order. I need you to step in as the dedicated chat admin, reply promptly, and keep every conversation friendly, clear, and conversion-focused. Your first task will be to craft a concise reply script we can both rely on.
