I’m commissioning a full-stack portal that mirrors the look and feel of the reference site I’ll share privately (). The core requirement is a secure employee-only environment where every user I create has an individually defined expiry date; once that date passes, their credentials must lock automatically without manual intervention. Key workflow • Admin area: simple interface for me to add, edit, or bulk-import users, set their expiry, and review activity logs. • Authentication layer: token-based login, password reset, and optional SSO if it speeds things up. • Communication tools: at minimum an internal messaging feature so staff can exchange information in real time.
