Potable Water System Design

Offer description

I’ve reached the point in my residential build where I need complete design plans for the potable water system. The scope is limited to cold and hot water distribution from the meter to every fixture—sanitary and storm lines are already covered elsewhere, so please keep the focus solely on potable supply. Deliverables I expect: • Dimensioned layout drawings (PDF + DWG) showing routing, pipe sizes, and elevations • Fixture unit & demand calculations, plus sizing rationale • Any required backflow prevention, pressure-reducing, and water heater specifications • A brief installation note set that a licensed plumber can follow I’ll review proposals primarily on relevant experience.
