Project: Residential Development – Site Layout, Building Design & Construction Documentation We are looking for an experienced architectural designer/draughtsperson to develop our existing concept designs into fully detailed, construction-ready architectural drawings for a residential development. We already have preliminary concept designs and a proposed site layout. The freelancer will be required to review these designs, incorporate our requested changes, refine the layouts, and produce a complete set of final drawings suitable for construction.
