Watertight STL Prototype Modeling

I have an existing concept that now needs to be turned into a watertight STL ready for 3D printing. Because the part is a prototype, I do not need ultra-fine surface engraving, but it must hold up to a medium level of detail so I can judge fit, form, and general aesthetics once printed. Key expectations: • The mesh must be fully manifold—no flipped normals, holes, or non-manifold edges. • File should arrive at the correct real-world scale (millimetres). • Overall polycount should balance printability and the requested medium detail; please decimate only where it won’t affect visible surfaces. • Final deliverable: one clean, watertight .stl file plus the native file you model in (STEP, SolidWorks, Blender, etc.) for future revisions.
