DTLC is hiring a hands-on DevOps Engineer on behalf of i8is, supporting Bank of America. The role will join the EIT DevOps team and support multiple applications, CI/CD pipelines, and OpenShift workloads in a production environment. The engineer will troubleshoot and remediate CI/CD and OpenShift failures, onboard applications and services, standardize deployment patterns, automate repetitive tasks, manage vulnerabilities, and improve platform performance and reliability. The role may occasionally require weekend deployment or production support. Configure, deploy, and support workloads on OpenShift and other container platforms. Support and improve CI/CD pipelines using Bitbucket, Jenkins, Ansible, XLR, and OpenShift. Onboard new applications and services to CI/CD and container platforms. Develop automation to reduce manual intervention and improve operational efficiency. Troubleshoot production issues quickly in high-pressure situations. Implement vulnerability remediation, monitoring, performance improvements, and reliability enhancements. Collaborate with application and development teams in a fast-paced environment. Requirements At least 4 years of relevant DevOps, platform engineering, or infrastructure automation experience.
