I already have the full topographic survey in a clean DWG with coordinated points. Your task is to open it in AutoCAD Civil 3D and turn that raw data into a complete rail-corridor model that I can hand straight to our approvals team here in Delhi. The scope covers the full chain: you will establish the horizontal and vertical alignment, complete the grading, cut all cross sections, calculate earth- and ballast quantities, set out the drainage, and prepare the final plan-and-profile sheets. Everything must stay inside Civil 3D so the file remains editable when we sit together for checks at my office.
