I have a steady stream of wedding galleries that need a refined, fashion-forward touch. The look I am after is clean editorial skin, natural yet vibrant colour, a light matte treatment on any shiny areas, and subtle retouching that never feels filtered. Before we move into the ongoing work, I run a paid test: 50 images from a single RAW wedding gallery, edited to match six reference files I will supply. The test is a flat $5 and I need the full-resolution JPEGs back within 48 hours. For every wedding—there are four ready right now and many more booked—expect 400-800 finals.
