I have the complete component assembly of our new electric scooter in SolidWorks / STEP and a first-pass surface model for the body panels. What I need now is an expert hand to refine the CAD and turn it into reliable aerodynamic insight— all inside a one-month window. Here’s the workflow I have in mind. First, the panel geometry needs a thorough cleanup so it can mesh without leaks or sliver faces. Once watertight, I’d like a virtual wind-tunnel enclosure sized according to best-practice blockage ratios, followed by a high-quality poly-hexcore or similar mesh that will behave well in y+ sensitive regions. ANSYS Fluent is my solver of choice, so please be comfortable setting up steady-state simulations there, including turbulence model selection (k-ω SST has worke...
