Industrial Machinery Detailed Design

Offer description

I have already moved past the concept phase and now need a mechanical engineer who can take my industrial-machinery concept through the full detailed-design stage. The overall architecture is fixed; what I need now are production-ready 3D models, complete manufacturing drawings, and the supporting calculations that prove the machine will perform to spec. Here is what I expect to come out of this collaboration: • Parametric CAD models (SolidWorks, Inventor or similar) with clear assemblies and part numbers • Fabrication-ready 2D drawings with tolerances, finishes, and BOM • Strength and motion analyses—preferably FEA in ANSYS or an equivalent package—to validate critical load paths • A short design report summarising assumptions, material choices, and ...
