PDF Tables to Pivot-Ready Excel

I have a small PDF, fewer than ten pages, that contains only tabular data. I need every table moved into a single Excel workbook and laid out so I can run pivot tables or other analytical tools immediately—no merged cells, consistent headers, clean number formats, and each dataset starting on its own sheet if the structures differ. To be clear, I am not looking for a screenshot‐style replica.
