I have a team of 11 people who must log every task they handle each day together with the minutes or hours spent on it. The core of the project is a clean, reliable time-and-motion sheet where entries are typed in manually; no automated start–stop timers are required right now. At the end of a day, week or month I need to pull concise, easy-to-read summary reports that show total time per person, per task category and for the whole team. Charts or pivot-style tables that can be exported to Excel or PDF would be ideal so I can share performance snapshots during stand-ups. The build platform is still open.
