The core of this job is straightforward: I need large volumes of information copied and pasted with absolute accuracy, followed by timely, professional replies to incoming emails. Most of the source material is already organised; it simply needs to be moved into the designated spreadsheet or online form without errors. In parallel with the data entry, several Word documents must be converted to PDF and checked to be sure formatting, hyperlinks, and page breaks stay intact. A quick run-through with Adobe Acrobat or an equivalent tool after each conversion will be expected.
