Professional Textured 3D Floor Plan

I already have a basic SketchUp (.skp) file of my floor plan, but it still feels rough and schematic. I’d like you to turn it into a clean, architect-level model that looks great in both plan view and full 3D. The priority is enhanced detail and dimensional accuracy: walls need consistent thickness, doors and windows should sit exactly where they belong, and fixtures must line up with my measurements. Once the geometry is solid, please push it further into a full 3D model with realistic textures—think timber floors, painted walls, tiles, glazing, and any other materials you see fit based on the reference images I’ll provide.
