I need a fluent English-Spanish communicator who can jump in right away to handle two core responsibilities for my company: • Answer incoming customer calls in Spanish and English, resolve issues on the spot, and keep concise notes in our cloud-based CRM. • Translate short internal documents, emails, and knowledge-base articles between both languages so every customer receives the same clear information. This is a fully remote engagement and I’m looking to get started ASAP. You’ll be the voice of our brand on the phone, so confident, friendly speaking skills are essential.
