Offer description

I need a straightforward spreadsheet that lets my team capture text-based records and automatically places each entry into its correct category. The layout should be clean and distraction-free, so anyone can open the file and start typing without extra instructions. The categories themselves will be fixed, visible at a glance, and ideally colour-tinted or otherwise separated so entries never end up in the wrong spot. Simple drop-down selectors or protected cells that guard headers from accidental edits are welcome, but please keep formulas and formatting lightweight—clarity is more important than bells and whistles.
