Software: DesignBuilder / EnergyPlus Engagement: Freelance, remote, project-based Project Overview We are seeking an experienced DesignBuilder software specialist to assist with modifications to an existing building energy model for a four-unit multifamily residential project in Brooklyn, NY. The building has already been fully designed and engineered, and an existing DesignBuilder (.dsb) model has been developed. We are looking for someone with strong, hands-on experience navigating the DesignBuilder software environment, updating modeling inputs, and running simulations. This is not an engineering or building design assignment. We do not require a new energy model or HVAC system redesign. All relevant architectural, mechanical, plumbing, and equipment specifications will be provided....
