I have a set of PDFs where the information I need sits neatly in two side-by-side columns. I only require the text—no images or tables—and I want every line transferred into a clean, well-structured Excel workbook. Each column from the PDF should map to its own Excel column so I can filter and sort without extra cleanup on my end.
