Our company is hosting a professional conference from 23-26 and I need complete photo and video coverage from doors-open to the final handshake. Every keynote, breakout, panel, networking huddle and candid hallway chat should be documented in a clean, corporate style that can be shared with attendees and on our website. You’ll be on-site for the full event schedule, capturing both stills and video simultaneously (a two or three person crew is ideal). Discreet shooting, reliable audio capture for speakers, and quick adaptability to changing lighting are must-haves. Please bring your own pro-grade camera bodies, fast lenses, gimbal or monopod for smooth motion, on-camera lighting, and dual-slot card backup—we run on tight timelines and can’t risk data loss.
