I’m looking to collaborate with an architecture student proficient in Revit for an institutional project. **Scope of Work:** - Concept development and site planning, including building placement and spatial zoning. - Floor plan development showing rooms, walls, and circulation. - Clean, editable schematic plans in Revit or AutoCAD, along with PDF exports. **What I’ll Provide:** Project brief, room names, approximate areas, adjacency requirements, site dimensions, constraints, and available PDF/DWG files. **Requirements:** No furniture, fixtures, or service drawings are required at this stage.
