I’m looking for a confident phone-based customer support executive who can converse fluently in Hindi and handle day-to-day general customer service calls. Your main responsibility will be to pick up inbound calls, resolve routine queries on the spot, and log concise notes in our CRM so the rest of the team always has up-to-date information. Because every interaction happens live on the phone, clear diction, a calm tone, and the ability to think on your feet are essential. Previous experience in a similar general customer service role will help you succeed from day one. While Hindi is the core requirement, being able to switch to English, Spanish, or French when needed would certainly be welcomed and will make you stand out.
