I’m finalising the construction package for two new homes on the same parcel in Tennessee and I need a full septic design that I can submit directly to the county and TDEC for permitting. The goal is a single, conventional system that will service both houses jointly and fit within a specific area we’ve already set aside on the site plan. The work must follow current Tennessee regulations and sizing tables, reflect soil/perk test data (I can supply recent reports), and be drafted in CAD so I can integrate it with the overall civil set.
