Colorado Architect Plan Stamping

Offer description

I have a complete set of architectural drawings for an industrial warehouse that will also include an upper-story residential component. The technical work is already finished; what I still need is the Colorado licensed architectural stamp so I can submit the package to the local building department. I can forward the drawings immediately in both DWG and PDF formats and I’m available to answer questions in real time. If you’re a Colorado-licensed architect and this scope fits your practice, let’s coordinate and get this filed quickly.
