I’m looking for a part-time accountant who can log in to my Tally data every business day and keep our existing invoices fully up to date. Your core responsibility is the daily management of issued invoices—posting payments, reconciling any short-pays or credit notes, flagging overdue accounts, and making sure outstanding balances in Tally always match what our customers actually owe. I’ll continue creating new invoices myself, so your focus stays on accuracy, timeliness, and tidy records rather than generation. Each evening I’d like a brief dashboard-style summary (PDF or Excel) highlighting: payments received, invoices adjusted, aging changes, and anything that needs my attention the next morning.
