Helping Hands Family (HHF) is seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Specialist to manage and grow the organization’s online presence across multiple social media platforms. The role will develop audience-focused content, strengthen engagement, promote HHF’s brand and culture, and highlight clinic, community, educational, employee, and patient/family stories. Manage HHF’s presence on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Oversee daily social media activity, community engagement, comments, and messages. Create content that reflects HHF’s brand, expertise, culture, and communities. Collaborate with internal teams to respond to questions and provide accurate information. Grow HHF’s social media audiences and improve engagement. Develop relationships with local influencers, community organizations, referral partners, and other relevant groups. Identify opportunities to share stories from clinics, communities, employees, patients, and families. Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance. Requirements Demonstrated experience managing social media for a brand or organization. Strong knowledge of social media trends, platforms, and best practices.
