I’m preparing a presentation package for a new commercial restaurant / café and need a full-scope, photorealistic 3D model that captures both the exterior architecture and the complete interior fit-out. My architect will supply the latest floor plans, elevations and material schedules; your job is to translate those into a visually striking, true-to-spec digital space. I’m expecting realistic lighting, physically-accurate materials, and detailed furnishings so the final stills and walkthroughs feel production-ready.
