I run a software development company that serves clients across the U.S. and Latin America, and I’m looking for a fluent English-Spanish speaker who can handle real-time customer interactions by phone and in online meetings. You don’t have to arrive as a technical guru—we’ll bring you up to speed on our products—but you do need to sound confident, personable, and crystal-clear in both languages. Your day-to-day will revolve around: • answering inbound calls, • scheduling or joining Zoom/Google Meet sessions, and • relaying the customer’s questions or pain points back to our dev team.
