I need a hands-on recruiter who can actively hunt down individual developers and small, high-quality dev studios with proven expertise in Agentic AI, Applied AI and any other niche stacks we decide to target. The mandate is strictly technical recruitment, spanning entry, mid and senior levels, and covering talent located in India, the UAE, wider APAC, the EU and the US. Here’s what success looks like for me: • A curated pipeline of verified candidates or boutique agencies, each screened for depth of experience in the relevant AI domain. • Smooth end-to-end communication: you will brief every candidate on our selection process, consolidate their questions, and post both the question and your reply in our shared Q&A space so no inquiry is answered twice. • Weekl...
