I have a structure that will sit on a shallow, spread (isolated) footing cast in concrete, and I need the full foundation design package prepared by a civil / structural engineer. You will size the footings, check bearing capacity, prepare reinforcement detailing, and make sure everything complies with the governing code in my region (please state which you intend to use—ACI 318, Eurocode 7, etc.). To keep the project clear, here is exactly what I expect to receive: • Calculations: soil bearing verification, uplift/overturning checks, footing size and thickness, steel schedules. • Drawings: plan, section, and reinforcement details delivered in DWG and PDF. • Brief design note summarising assumptions, loads used, and code references.
